Clean Tech Law & Business is the first peer-reviewed journal devoted exclusively to legal and financial aspects of clean-tech. Readers will receive academic-grade research and analysis of the issues complicating the commercialization of critical technologies from leading clean-tech authorities in law, finance, government, non-profits and academia.

The journal will address questions ranging from how to bring renewable-energy markets to maturity to corporate liability for carbon emissions under Sarbanes-Oxley. Although the journal's print edition will appear quarterly, the online edition will be updated daily with coverage of industry news and events in the cleantech sector. The first issue is currently scheduled for publication in September.
